The Skoda Kushaq 1.5-litre Turbo Petrol will begin in August 2021

Zac Hollis, Skoda India’s Director of Sales, Service, and Marketing, has announced that deliveries of the forthcoming Skoda Kushaq 1.0-litre TSI versions would begin on June 28. The 1.5-litre TSI versions, on the other hand, will be delivered starting in the first week of August 2021. The Kushaq has already been unveiled in its entirety, and its pricing have yet to be determined.

The Skoda Kushaq comes standard with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with linked car technology, LED headlights, front ventilated seats, a two-spoke steering wheel, an electric sunroof, wireless charging, and cruise control. Up to six airbags are standard, as are electronic stability control, front and rear parking sensors, and a rear parking camera.

The Kushaq is powered by two turbo-petrol engines: a 1.0-litre with 110PS and 178Nm and a 1.5-litre with 150PS and 250Nm. The latter is only available on the top-tier Style model. While both engines come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, the 1.0-litre receives a 6-speed torque converter as an option, while the 1.5-litre gets a 7-speed DSG (dual-clutch automatic).
