Mahindra has now introduced contactless service for its clients, since recently launching its online payment portal. This comes shortly after the opening of selected Mahindra dealerships and workshops throughout India started.
Owners should visit the latest ‘WithYouHamesha’ website of Mahindra, or download the app to get all the details regarding repairs. They are often able to monitor their maintenance requests, including the pieces used, service done and other related costs. Customers can also make on-line payments using this service. This service can also be used to receive documents and updates relating to the service on WhatsApp.
The software lets consumers schedule an appointment for repair and order a pickup and drop for their cars. It may also be used to verify the background of cars, service costs and specifics of the warranty / RSA renewal. Customers can often monitor the service status of their vehicle at various stages of the cycle.
Mahindra has also introduced a ‘CustomerLIVE’ service that helps service advisors connect directly to customers through a live stream video. With this service, after inspecting the vehicle, they can explain the required repairs to the customers.
