The model Toyota Innova Crysta was launched in 2016 and it’s about due for a mild update. Its new design has now been leaked online and the changes seem quite subtle.
Major differences in leaked Pictures;
The facelifted Innova would only get a redesigned front fascia with a new bumper that adjusts the location of the fog lamps and the daytime running lights on the leaked concept.
The shape of the grille is unchanged, but with a bigger Toyota badge and the lack of gaudy chrome, the details are slightly different. Nevertheless, expect the India-spec facelift to feature the regular chrome slab that links the headlamps. Multiple LED array headlights, such as the facelifted Fortuner, are supposed to feature the range-topping ZX version. The rear of the facelifted MPV has no discernable improvement.
Competitors To Toyota Innova Crysta;
In the market there are no big direct competitors, the Toyota Innova Crysta appears to maintain a special place in the industry. The Kia Carnival is at the top end of the luxury MPV experience, but the Mahindra Marazzo is a more accessible option. However, with the MG Hector Plus and the forthcoming Tata Gravitas, a new type of mid-size SUV with three rows of seating has emerged that could challenge the Innova in terms of price. In India, the facelifted MPV will arrive in the first half of 2021.
