Recently Mahindra released the XUV300 and KUV100 NXT BS6 models. Now it has introduced the BS6 edition of its 7-seater flagship SUV, the Alturas G4. Also available in two variants: 2WD and 4WD. SUV prices have risen consistently from Rs 99,000 in both models. This price increase matches in with the BS6 update range planned.
While in the form of BS6, the SUV is driven by the same 2.2-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine and is coupled to the same AT 7-speed gearbox. As in their BS4 model, it starts to produce 180PS of power and 420Nm of torque.
With Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Mahindra offers the Alturas G4 features including a sunroof, 8-way driver seat flexible, ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, speed control and 8-inch touchscreen infotainment device. ABS with EBD, dual-front airbags and ISOFIX infant seat anchorages are typical protective equipment.
