MG Motor India has released its ‘ MY MG ‘device for both fresh and current customers. This can be used for a range of purposes including renting a car online, receiving service updates, and monitoring vehicle safety.
The software allows consumers to sign up with their mobile number which is checked through an OTP. It then attaches the car info automatically dependent on this amount without the VIN (car identifier code). The software can also be used to monitor the progress of your latest MG ZS EV right from manufacturing to its arrival.
Customers can get details of warranty and protection plans as well as a manual with the car ‘s features on this app. We can also use it to book a service appointment with pickup and drop facility, live-track the service process, get e-invoice of the service employees, communicate with an agent, and make electronic payments.
The device can also help consumers find the closest MG dealer, talk, call or contact MG’s helpline number 24/7, and request roadside assistance. Customers have the option of using voice command to control the app ‘s features. This also helps users to store their PAN and Aadhar cards, driving license, and PUC in the paper wallet issued.
