The new-generation Q3 is another major launch that Audi is preparing for in 2022. Due to the implementation of the BS6 emission standards, Audi’s small SUV was cancelled in April 2020. Although it was supposed to be on sale in March 2020, the pandemic struck us then.

The Audi Q3’s second generation is broader and longer than the first. The SUV now has a sharper, sportier appearance that borrows style cues from larger Audi SUVs like the Q5 and the redesigned Q7. The Q8 SUV serves as an inspiration for the iconic vertical-slat grille. The previous Q3’s rear appearance is reminiscent, especially with the wraparound tail lights.

Audi’s newest 10.25-inch Virtual Cockpit infotainment system will be combined with a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the 2019 Q3. Other luxuries should include cruise control, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone temperature control, ambient lighting, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay, as well as linked car technologies. Power front seats should also be included.

The Q3’s engine will receive the bulk of the updates as it drops the TDI diesel moniker. Only the 190PS/320Nm 2-litre turbo-petrol from the Q2 will be available for the SUV, along with a 7-speed DSG (dual clutch automatic) transmission. Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive technology will be installed in it.
