The range-topping Ford Mach-E GT has just been announced and it will be one of the electric SUVs with the quickest acceleration out there. It is anticipated that the new EV SUV will enter foreign markets by the end of 2021.
Design
Ford Mach-E GT With its latest 20-inch alloy wheels, red brake callipers and the availability of Cyber Orange and Grabber Blue paint options, the GT is differentiated from other Mach-E models, while the MagneRide adaptive suspension system is fitted as standard.
Performance
The major performance advantage of the GT over the previously revealed models of the Ford Mustang Mach-E comes courtesy of its improved powertrain. This includes an electric motor generating a combined 465hp and 830Nm on each axle and driven by an 88kWh battery with a planned 499 km range. The hot Mach-E GT is said to reach 100kph in 3.7 seconds, eclipsing the Jaguar I-Pace and Polestar 2 sprint times by more than 0.5sec.
