Hyundai has stated that it has received 4,000 reservations for the Alcazar, which is priced between Rs 16.30 lakh and Rs 20 lakh. Deliveries have also begun in several parts of the country. Until recently, the number of bookings for the petrol and diesel models has been about equal. Equal bookings are shown in both the manual and automated versions. The three trim levels — Prestige, Platinum, and Signature — have all gotten the same amount of reservations.
The Hyundai Alcazar is offered in eight different trim levels: Prestige, Prestige (O), Platinum, and Platinum (O), Signature, Signature Dual Tone, Signature (O), and Signature (O) Dual Tone, and Signature (O) Dual Tone. The Alcazar is available with two engines: a 2.0-litre petrol engine with 159 horsepower and a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 115 horsepower, both with 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.

Standard safety features include rear disc brakes, electronic stability control, hill start assist control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, automatic headlights, a driver rearview monitor, a rear parking camera, and rear parking sensors. A 360-degree camera, up to six airbags, and a blind spot monitor are included in the top-tier models.
