Audi e-tron In India

On July 22, Audi will unveil the e-tron, the company’s first electric vehicle in India. For a token of Rs 5 lakh, the manufacturer has begun accepting online and offline bookings for the electric SUV. The e-tron will most likely only come in one trim: the e-tron 55. There will be two body variants for the electric SUV: SUV and Sportback. The e-tron will come with a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, four-zone temperature control, and a digital instrument cluster, among other features.

Ambient lighting, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a motorised tailgate, 20-inch alloy wheels, and power-adjustable front seats will all be included in the SUV. Up to eight airbags, front and rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera will ensure passenger safety.

The e-tron will be equipped with a single 95kWh battery pack (360PS/561Nm and up to 408PS/664Nm in Boost). It will be equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. The WLTP-certified range of the e-tron is up to 484 kilometres. An 11kW AC home charger can charge the electric SUV in 8.5 hours. It can charge at a rate of up to 150kW DC fast charging.
