2021 Ducati XDiavel range

Ducati announced its XDiavel compliant Euro 5 (BS6). In two new models – Dark and Black Star – the major performance cruiser is now available. There are a total of three models available for Ducati’s XDiavel for 2021 – S, Dim and Black Star. In terms of its styling, the S is almost similar to the older bike, with silver features on the engine casing and wheels.

The latest Dark version incorporates a paint scheme of matte black that can be used not only on the body job, but also on other elements. For eg, on the S models, this variant does not have the silver highlight shown, and other components that would be silver on this variant are also blacked-out.

The latest Black Star version is very stealthy as well like the Dark one. However, instead of a true matte black colour scheme, it features sections with a contrasting red line finished in grey. A suede seat cover with red stitching also includes the Black Star variant.

The kerb weight is another difference between the three models. The S weights 2kg more than the Dim and Black Star models at kg. A Euro 5 (BS6) compliant, Testastretta 1262cc, L-twin engine that produces 160hp of peak power and 127Nm of torque, powering all three XDiavel models. The older XDiavel, for reference, produced 156hp and 128.9Nm of torque. A ride-by-wire throttle, cornering ABS, stability control, Ducati Power Launch (DPL), cruise control and hands-free ignition are part of the technology on board.
